The Story of Lynne Berbatiotis & the Cocoa Boutique

My love for all things sweet and creative flair came from my mum who used to bake cakes for all the family celebrations from birthdays to christenings to weddings. As a little girl I would help in the kitchen and loved stealing a taste from the baking bowl.
I continued to grow my love of food through high school and especially the understanding of where food came from and how the food industry works. From here I went on to University to study a degree in food and nutrition and this is where I discovered my career path in New Product Development.
For the past 20 years I have either worked in the food industry or taught food in high school. I just love exciting people with new product ideas and being creative and innovative in the kitchen working on the latest trends. 
Now it’s time to follow my dream and 2021 was the start of a new chapter in my life and for my little family, with the birth of Cocoa Boutique… this is where I can inspire you all with my creations but also my son and daughter to hopefully one day follow in my footsteps with the love for creating sweet and delicious treats.
