FAQ

Storage

It is best to store all our products in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. If chocolate is stored in the fridge or at a warm temperature, the chocolate may develop what is called "bloom". Although it will be still perfectly good to eat, the appearance will be effected.

Shelf Life

All products have a different life and come with labels clearly stating their best before date.

Why is my delivery taking so long?

Although we will try to get all orders out as quickly as possible, we work on making small batches and therefore may have to make some products for each individual order. That's what makes it special! 
Also, in the event of warmer weather, your delivery may be delayed to ensure your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition.

How long will my order take?

All orders are sent 2nd class via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 working days. All products are sent in a corrugated box with bubble wrap and fragile stickers to try and avoid any breakages in transit.
If you require any alternative postage options, please don't hesitate to get in touch and discuss your requirements.

Shipping

We only offer UK shipping only at the moment.
All orders will be delivered via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3-5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: we can not guarantee protection from hot weather conditions and therefore if your order arrives with heat damage or melted, no refunds will be given and we will not be held responsible.
We can also not except responsibility for any damage that has happened during delivery as this is out of our control. We will however do our very best to ensure all orders are packaged sufficiently so our chocolate arrives with you in perfect condition.
